1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales events, or festivals, order processing may take longer than usual.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

For delivery availability in specific locations, please enter your PIN code during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and destination.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the wrong or damaged product has been delivered.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Transport disruptions

  • Government regulations

  • Courier partner issues

IdofLaura shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address, phone number, or PIN code is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • The order may be returned to us by the courier partner.

IdofLaura shall not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect customer information.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photographs of the package and product.

  • Provide an unboxing video whenever possible.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

9. Delivery Confirmation

An order will be considered successfully delivered once marked as delivered by the courier partner at the shipping address provided during checkout.

Any disputes regarding delivery should be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Currently, IdofLaura ships only within India.
