Thank you for shopping with IdofLaura. We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged during transit.

The wrong product has been delivered.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product is missing parts or accessories.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

You must raise the request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

A complete unboxing video and clear photographs of the product must be provided as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

Products returned without original packaging.

Customized or personalized products.

Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.

Handmade products with minor variations in color, texture, finish, size, or design.
Please note that slight variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
3. Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved, we will offer:

A replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

Store credit equivalent to the product value if a replacement is unavailable.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and a replacement is unavailable.

The order is cancelled by us due to stock unavailability.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification and approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Return Shipping

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims, return shipping costs will be borne by IdofLaura.

If return pickup service is unavailable in your area, we may request self-shipping and reimburse reasonable shipping charges after verification.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
